Through our services, we are able to work with different actors in transport including various funding agencies, local government units (LGUs), non-government/non-profit organizations (NGOs/NPOs), the academe, the private sector, as well as transport operators, drivers and the everyday commuter.

We emphasize in our engagements the value of building the capacity of policy actors to implement and monitor their projects, programs, and activities, reducing the reliance to international consultants and products and services that may not be suited to the local context.
